Payment Policy

Due to our current limit of 20 children per session, we recommend pre-booking to secure your spot. By keeping our groups small, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our visitors.

Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to another date with a 24-hour notice. If you are unsure of a new date, you have up to 6 months to use your booking.

Walk ins are welcome but we recommend you call ahead to avoid disappointment. 
 

If you arrive after your session has started please inform a member of staff so they are aware you will be going into the next session for your remaining time. Please note you will have to wait in the cafe whilst the play town gets cleaned before the next session.
